Deep Stretching classes are a chance to relax and work on your flexibility. Whether you are stiff as a board or made of rubber this class takes a step by step approach to opening your body and approaching the limitations of your flexibility, and then safely developing them further.
After a warm up to work simply on flexibility in every part of the body, we generally spend some time on partner work in which we can work more deeply in to particular muscle groups.
