Flow Beginner is a fun class in which we will play with various postures, movements, and transitions. Each class will have a particular focus and while we begin with a relatively fast pace in which you will get a good sweat and a nice workout, toward the latter part of the class the teacher will slow down and take a little time to really work on and develop the fundamentals of some aspect of the practice. The week's topic may be backbending or arm balances, hip openers, or twists, but each class expect to have fun, sweat, and learn something new about yoga.
